10-09-2023Hello management and public storage. I have been a customer there for 3 plus years. My experience recently last 2 weeks has been superb. I had to downsize and needed to move my items. Unfortunately I left my unit unlocked as I travel for a living and for several days I was contacted by your young employee Brandi. Not only did she help me the entire week she kept me notified and made sure my unit was secure at all times. I will recommend my family members use your facilities due to honest attentive employees such as Brandi thank you.
