02-02-2024I am a Disabled Marine Viet Nam Veteran living on a on a small income. I have had this enormous space since 12-13 as it was the only unit available at the time. The manager at the time told'.me that she would have a small unit coming available in a month or two and she would call when it was available. She LIED .as no call was received! I only use a small fraction of this garage size unit, which started out at $45 per month. I now pay $240,00! There was a problem with the door not closing completely, leaving a gap that I could reach through. I asked her several times (witnessed once) to fix it as I didn't want dirt, snow or rainwater getting in. It still remains unfixed,, The lock has to be cut off as both keys were lost over the years. I can hardly wait to get in there and check for damage. I would never,ever recommend this facility, especially with the amount of money I have paid them. I don't know what the current manager is like, but my expectations are not good. We'll see!
