05-24-2025Had issues using the website to simply hold/look at some units while onsite. I was charged immediately for 3 units, I wasnt offered the option to just look. The customer service number was not very helpful and I was hung up on when the CS person said he couldnt help and had to open a ticket, and I asked nicely why a ticket was needed if he could help me directly. Lynn to the rescue! She is the epitome of what customer service should be/is. 10 stars for Lynn, but I gave 4 so Corporate could do something about the poor customer service skills with the CS nbr. I couldnt even get to CS directly, had to press random options to speak to a human, who had to transfer me to another human being no was not helpful. Thank you, Lynn!
