02-19-2024Absolutely worst storage unit place! I reserved a certain unit size, and when I went they said none were available in that size so I had to go up a size to the largest 10x30 paid for the first month and moved my stuff out less than 2 weeks later and proceeded to call to say that I moved everything out. They confirmed. They proceeded to charge me for the 2nd month even though I was only in the unit for 2 weeks. When I tried to fight the charge they proceeded to send the charge to collections. If I could give this place a negative star I would. You cant even get anyone to answer the phone and no one is ever at the office and the doors are constantly locked and the lights turned off.
