12-28-2023I can't say enough positive things about the customer service I received tonight. I was in a difficult situation when I was unable to turn around with my trailer because the exit gate was inoperable. While Ashley was out doing rounds, she went way above and beyond to ensure I successfully backed out of the facility without issue. I don't think I would have been able to do that without her help! As a manager of many, I understand the value of having employees who really care about the customer's experience. I never post comments, but this was an experience that absolutely deserved praise! Instead of having a bitter customer for being stuck, Ashley was able to flip this situation into a very different outcome!
