03-07-2024Today I visited the Public Storage off of Cypresswood. Francisco helped me out. I was greeted, with a smile, as I entered the door. Both Francisco and Drell, the manager, helped me get in and out. I was able to come in, view the unit, and get out in less than 10 minutes. For great customer service with a smile, if you need a storage unit, please give this location a try. I'm glad I did.

She was very helpful, and time I called with questions any concerns she was very nice and actually took her time making sure I understood and got the help I needed. I would most definitely recommend her location, shes amazing.

01-15-2024Phone representative said we could be charged on the 18th. Then charged me on the 10th. Not moving in until the 18th!!! Canceled transaction. Then they said they wont refund their ADMINISTRATIVE fee. Omg. corporate said its non refundable. That title makes them feel important. These people have no soul New customers beware.
