01-28-2024I was having issues with a different public storage so I came down to this location. I was already stressed out with moving, but when I came in and spoke with Mrs. Rita she made things so much better. She listened to the issues that I was having and did everything she could to make things better and get me set up with the storage unit that I need. I really thank her for making a really stressful situation not as stressful as the other public storage that I went to originally.
