Tanner is so professional and answered all of my questions wonderfully. I would definitely rent from this location again! Updating here to say that Tanner again SAVED MY DAY this weekend when I went into make make a large purchase of moving supplies. This location ROCKS!

11-16-2023I would give them a higher score HOWEVER their communication is terrible. I transferred units, I was told you have 3 days, I did it in two. Then I got slapped with 2 days of additional rent. Now its not a lot but its the principle that they went against the agreement because their employees cant figure out what their own policy is. I tried to call and was threatened with being sent to Collections by a person that doesnt even work at the site I rent at. Ive asked multiple times for a manager to contact me since they cant seem to figure out how to help. I have never been contacted and its been about 5 months at this point. Im leaving messages in person and over the phone, and never been called back. Maybe they contact me here and will know their staff lacks customer service and competence. Secondly Ill add that once youre in, they will eventually start hiking up your rate cause they can. My moms unit went from just over $200 to almost $500 and it was only a 10x15! Sure theyll give you an extra 6 months at the older rate if you ask but the percentage increase is absurd.
