02-16-2024Stephanie was very professional and so helpful with getting access to my unit. My lock got stuck and she helped me open it and explained how the lock works. She was very friendly and was so sweet to work with. I will recommend Public Storage on Kelly Rd and Stephanies helpful customer service to all of my family and friends!!!

01-04-2024I had a fair number of things that I needed to store. The thing that has resulted in a three-star rating is the fact that there is no body on site. I made an appointment on the phone to meet somebody in order to look at the units. That person was several minutes late. She was light enough that I made a call to the 800 number and they know even less than Sergeant Schultz. The woman when she arrived was very pleasant and very helpful. She is also responsible for managing another unit which seems like a reasonable explanation for her being several minutes late. The unit is very nice and at this point I have no evidence of the climate control not being functional. I suspect, given time, that I will get over my initial irritation and be happy to give this place a five-star rating.
