Absolute nightmare of a property. When I first went into my storage unit almost a year ago, I noticed water damage in multiple spots on the floor so I tried to go to the office to ask for a different space. The property manager was in her chair when I walked up, then proceeded to HIDE when I knocked on the locked door. Finally after days, they moved my spot (to a less convenient spot, same size) and charged me MORE for the space. A man filling in for her went to the unit with me to check the water damage, and indeed confirmed it was a wet spot on the floor. She was rude about the situation and asked to see it again days later, and told me it wasnt water (it definitely was). She is never really on the property and when she is, she takes forever to respond to people. She also told me that the elevators were only able to be accessed by using your code, and we told her that it just let us go up to our floor with no code. She told us we were wrong, and when we proved it to her, she said oh, well have it fixed within the next couple of weeks. Months later, its still not fixed. They dont do much to keep up with the property but dont mind charging you substantially for subpar space and service. Will be moving units soon, as weve experienced nothing but unprofessional behavior.
