This Farmingville Public Storage, near North Ocean Avenue and the Long Island Expressway, anchors a small commercial shopping district within the suburban town of Brookhaven in central Long Island.
The cheap storage units are just a couple of miles south of Bald Hill, one of the highest points on Long Island characterized by wooded walking paths and meandering biking trails. There is a storage supply store on site offering boxes, locks and other items for sale. There is also free parking and free cart use for customers.
The location offers a mix of indoor and drive-up outdoor storage units. There are also climate controlled storage options. An outdoor 5x10 would make it easier to simply drive up and keep holiday decorations organized, while a 10x10 could accommodate furniture from a significant other that didn't make the design cut to come into the house! Own a fast car like many fans of Hot Ride Mondays at the Pennysaver Amphitheater at Bald Hill? Consider parking it in one of the enclosed vehicle storage units.

01-11-2024Every few months rates go up. You can rent one for over $100 cheaper if I switch into my husbands name. Rediculous how often it goes up and how much rent is in general. No reason for it. And for what - front office is never there to help when needed, or you get major attitude- bathrooms are locked half the time- they only have like 3 carts for a large place - and the temp control doesnt seem to work very well. Definitly looking around.
