01-08-2024I have used public storage several times at another locations in the past, and the employee at this location (sorry, I don't know her title, but I think she's the manager). Her name is Abigail (sorry if I misspelled her name) I think she was one of the best I've ever dealt with. When I use storage, I have to put in and take out large items, which is very tedious and annoying for me, but her service has made that a lot easier. Thank you very much, Abigail! I was hoping that the handcart could not be borrowed and the storage access time would be extended by an hour, but her service was excellent enough to dispel those concerns. From the initial procedure to the payment process, it was very smooth and was completed in about 10 minutes. She was very thorough in teaching me how to use the app. It can be said that there are Public Storage facilities almost everywhere, but I realized that even at the same Public Storage facility, customers' feelings can change dramatically just by the way the employees treat them. Thanks to Abigail, my impression of Public Storage has changed all at once. Thank you again.
