01-16-2024I called to ask questions about the space that I am currently renting, the property manager Nathan was so refreshing to speak with. He didnt mind making sure that I knew the information and was up to date on what I am paying for, he didnt mind repeating himself so that I knew what was going on. He made sure I knew what to expect, and above all spoke as if he was a customer with public storage, meaning they just dont want to fill a storage unit they want to inform you on any/everything. The staff and Nathan bravo, customer service, and positive atmosphere, for anyone wanting to store any items look no further

01-16-2024More expensive than the other options but it has a good system to sign up, timed lights for each unit, and the units are clean and clear. Doors were recently painted fresh enamel coat of PS orange within the last 2 months, and they got a little paint in my lock I needed to clear and scratch off but I appreciate theyre taking care of their property. Hours could be 24/7 but theyre not. Mandatory insurance (requirement) feels unnecessary but is likely a liability reducer so they save on their insurance policy or something like that. Add $20 a month to your rental for this. Hence 4 stars. Im only renting short term and moving to a cheaper unit once I am fully moved into my new digs.

The new property manager, Nason was able to accommodate our current rate for an additional 6 months which was very helpful for us. He was very kind and considerate and helped us out quickly.
