Ever since this company bought out all the storage companies around them.... Your prices have gone up out the RooF.... You don't upgrade someone's storage unit by 30 or 40 more dollars a months month... You are seriously gouging the customers... You need to be reported to the better Business bureau.....

Have been here for about a never have. I had any of my stuff messed within any way shape or form. The manager has always been wonderful and understanding to any problems. I may have and resolving them promptly. Very friendly every time I come here.

Honestly nothing good to say. The manager here at the shields location is never there and never answers the phone. Rats have destroyed all of my belongings and they dont do anything about it. Also, i scheduled a move out prior to when the next months rent was due and they disregarded it and still continues to charge me for a space i am no longer using. When i called to situate this matter, again there was no answer and ive been calling for a week with no return call. Do not rent from here. Take your money elsewhere. They even increased the rent from a manageable $60 to a $112. All for rats to destroy your stuff and them not do anything about it. Pathetic.

Iv been here a year and have nothing but positive things to say. Very polite and helpful people. Wouldnt rent storage anywhere else. Everytime iv needed anything the manager has always came through and did as he said he would. Couldn't ask for better storage facility. Thank you management for all your help and keeping my belongings safe.
