01-30-2024Customer service sucks. The person at the desk cant answer questions. Just idk.. hate places like this. Have rules and regulations but nobody can answer our questions. Why do we only have access till 6pm? So for those who cant make it during business hours cant access their things but get phone call after phone call to pay their balance. Other storage units office hours are regular business hours but still grant us acres to the unit WE ARE PAYING FOR!! Definitely wouldnt recommend. Get new access hours!!!!!
