02-07-2024I called the office concerning my storage and the passive aggressiveness I got from Shelby was shocking. She was trying to explain her companies policy to me but with a very condescending tone. I asked her for assistance with my account and her reply was that she could not help me. After her giving me the wrong number for her management, I called back to ask for it again. She half way started to tell me, then put the phone down and started speaking to someone else. I hung up. The customer service she provided was incredibly horrible and I will not be using this storage ever again.
