12-31-2023I want to leave this review to shed some light on by far the best employee your company has to offer. I had been struggling with issues related to my payments for my rent for a couple months and had a very hard time trying to get things figured out and resolved by several employees at this location and also with a few people at the corporate office. The day finally came when I walked into the spring lake park office to be greeted by HAYLEE BEHNKE. First off she was very happy, calm, friendly and an overall wonderful presence to be greeted by walking in the door. She was very patient with me as I explained to her with some frustration all of the things that I had been struggling with for the last few months with my rent. She proceeded to handle the situation EXTREMELY well and did everything she possibly could to accommodate me and the troubles I was having for the last few months and in very little time she got everything figured out for me and I walked out the door with a smile on my face! I hope she gets the recognition she deserves for being the BEST employee your company has to offer!!!
