AVOID THIS COMPANY AND ALL OF THESE LOCATIONS LIKE THE PLAGUE. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT, illegal operation and they prey on the weak. These people allowed me to move in, changed rates and then went Mia for almost 3 months. I have tried since two weeks after moving in. Thanksgiving 2022 I moved in. They put a lien on my account without having any of the correct legal documentation and signed. I went to try and figure it out in person and 2 of the employees were outside smoking something that was not cigarettes or marajuana it was a hard white substance. Gratefully I am financially set for life and able to hire the proper people to go after this terrible company. The regional director doesnt answer emails and they essentially bait and switched my property once I won it in auction. I am going after them because I can only imagine the people not like myself and not aware of their rights or have the proper finances to fight them. Jenny was nice via the phone but very unprofessional when it came to business and holding her end of the deal. I was constantly lied to and given the run around for a year. I have hired 3 of the best attorneys money can buy and hopefully all of the bad apples will be gone if not the locations will be shut down as they should be. This company and all of its locations should be shut down. They prey on the weak and lie and illegally sell property that doesnt belong to them. I am a IT engineer of 20 years and All of their reviews are from internal employees and friends and family and every time they get a bad review they flood it with good reviews. I will use every ounce of my power and money to make sure these guys are held accountable.. Never miss with a nerd. If you guys check my account you will see I am a honest and genuine person. I am also a Google developer and know the dos and donts of reviews. Flagging my review will just be disputed.
