12-03-2023UPDATE: HUGE RATS, DO NOT USE!!! The storage facility is infested with huge rats that destroy your property. The management office is aware but failed to notify it's customers!! Their response: We're aware of the issue. Here are two packs of rat poison, put it in the corners of your unit and take this brochure for claim instructions. The biggest kicker, I had over $20k in property ruined and the insurance they require you to purchase only reimburses $150! And they require you to jump through hoops for that. Don't believe me, see attached. So, again I say, DO NOT USE!
