I have rented the storage 1-3 units in Malvern for about 2-years. When I moved my stuffs out from the storage, I found the storage leaking, my 5 box furniture got damaged. The extra space storage doesnt give any compensation for the damaged items, & stated I did not buy the insurance. I really think the storage company should take the full responsibility for the building leaking, and any damages not caused by renters. With said, whoever is going to rent the storage needs to be careful about their policies. I dont satisfy with the service
