02-26-2024I had the pleasure of meeting Erica today wen I walked in she was on the phone yet greeted me wit a beautiful smile..I had to pay my bill but did understand why so high she broke it down so perfect n then printed something for me to read to further help me out ..not to any fault of hers I had to wait there in here office for bout 2-3 hours give r take ...ALL HANDS DOWN SHE MADE A VERY STRESSFUL TIME FOR ME SO PLEASANT N BEARABLE....TO HER BOSS THZ GIRL ERICA DESERVES A RAISE.....GOOD WORK N THANK YOU ERICA CUZ I WAS SO DOWN N OUT .....BT CAME HOME SMILING CUZ OF YOU....THANK YOU...from 1for me zero for the door.lol
