03-28-20241 star for the price Negative stars is for the property manager and staff. I've called many times to speak to someone and for the manager to call me back never heard from any one. Every time I come by there's never anyone in the office to answer my question. I'm disabled and when I need to use the restroom it is always locked and again no one is ever in the office. I definitely don't believe all the super positive reviews. They're all fluffed!

03-16-2024This review is not for this location, but for Public Storage as a company. The staff at this location is very helpful. However, the policies of not prorating and customer service over chat absolutely disappoint! Customer service agent did not understand my ask for 25 minutes before I decided to avoid wasting more time and let go my refund. Its a ripoff!
