12-27-2023The manager Stephanie has to be the worst ever person I've ever dealt with. She took it personal that I was able to pay off my auction. She had tried her best to cause me problems all Nevada she broke the law and kept my unit locked even after receiving payment. Not sure if she has a problem because I'm black or because they couldn't make money auctioning of my inventory. Don't store here if you're looking for common courtesy or professionalism. They don't know what that is. And know your statutory rights because they will violate them.
