02-19-2024I would not rely on a reservation. I made a reservation and they called to confirm but never told me at any point someone else can come in and rent the unit. The district manager told me that I could have made a payment and held the unit until move in, unfortunately this was AFTER they had already rented it out. Thank God today isnt a moving day for me or I would have been forced into a different unit that I didnt want. Highly do not recommend

02-19-2024Shondo is exceptional truly a godsend .she is so helpful and professional . The facility is well run and clean I know that is due to shondo s hardwork . I was going through a really rough time and need to get my belongings in storage quickly. She was so accommodating as well as gracious. You guys have a really special manager in shondo. Thank you public storage for having someone like shondo for world class customer service.

02-05-2024Not great, wouldn't use. Reason is it's supposed to be a secure facility but upon arriving one morning the locked gates were wide open and the doors unlocked. Went today and the gate + doors were completely locked down with a sign that said due to "bad weather" the gate and elevator is not in use. They had power so it's unclear what that meant. There was also no indication of when it would be in use so just no timeline for when you can get to your stuff. Two not great experiences in a row.
