07-09-2025DONT, please Dont, my unit was broken into. Insurance they sell DO NOT PAY if your unit wasnt forced entried. They stole thousands from me on tools and insurance wont pay either. Had to sue the storage company separately.

07-06-2025My husband and I rented a storage space here for one month while we were moving and then immediately cancelled it. My husband called to confirm that our account was paid for and cancelled. The next month, we received a bill for the space. My husband called again to confirm our cancel and ensure our account was paid. The next month, we received another bill. We have called multiple times and either cant get through, or we are told its taken care of. Now they have sent my husband to collections because theyre claiming our account is still unpaid. This has been a terrible experience.
