12-09-2025What could have been a breaking point, turned out to be a reminder that in any chaos an opportunity to be great avails itself. I was moving my things into a storage unit for a couple of months after a full day of military duty and training and got locked out of my Uhaul truck. After calling Uhaul a few times and was hung up on....the help I needed - and all that was available- came from the Public Storage angel, Darnell, (sorry if I misspelled his name) and the other staff member who was moving at lightening speed so couldn't get a picture with her. The facility is spotless and smells good, like its a brand new facility. The staff from beginning to end of reservation and all the day to day OPS are magnificent, knowledgeable, and problem solvers - while professional and occasional cracking GOOD jokes. Whoever owns this location.....thank you for providing a space that contributes to these ROCK STARS be rock stars. Ultimately, they are THY most critical component of the business. SHOUT OUT to Pop A Lock, Richie, who should have his own Locksmith TV Show. Ocean's Eleven ain't got nothin' on him. LOL.
