02-16-2024I'm stuck and trapped in the first floor of this public storage. The elevator stopped working after 5pm. You guys refuse to answer your phone, nobody is answering the intercom button in the first floor and my white honda accord is in the parking area in front of the doors!!!!!!! I've been stuck down here for 35 minutes. I'll be calling the police since public storage can't help me!!!!!
