01-10-2024Omg!!! Tasha who works here is a lifesaver!!! She is so sweet and nice and professional! I was having one of those days and she answered all my questions and concerns easily. At the end I couldnt get the door to my unit to close and she walked over and helped. And showed me the technique so the door and I would not have any more struggling issues. We have rented here for about 6 months and I cant say enough good things about it or Tasha

01-07-2024The office hours of the place are M-F 9:30am-6:30pm and Sat-Sun 9:30am-5::30pm. I don't know why they say the office is open at 6am when it's not and nobody gets there until 9:30am. Sadly 95% when the manager is supposed to be working. She is too busy in the back with her boyfriend. And they have to get somebody else from another place in order to cover for her. She also lets her boyfriend park his towtruck and vehicles in the gated areas. I've also been harassed by this woman multiple times. One time when I was rushing to the bathroom. She confronted me because she thought I changed clothes and I told her she could come to my unit which was still locked to see my stuff outside and she could also check the cameras. I literally got there 2 minutes. That's not enough time to change a full set of clothes. And on top of it I was doing the bathroom dance while getting confronted.

11-08-2023Hallo ! I went today to get my storage space ! In Berlin Ct. The person i was meeting wtih to get my space was TASHA ! She is verry proffesional with knawledge related to her job was Outstanding ! All get done verry quick and got my Space ! 5 no qustion !
