02-25-2024Made an appointment with Dominque to view a unit today at 3pm. Its almost 345pm and no one is in the office and they are supposed to be open until 6pm. Called several times with no answer.

01-08-2024Ive had a storage at the Walnut Creek location for awhile, and upon moving out this month, Dominique made it very straightforward and easy. She was articulate and knowledgeable of the process and made me feel my business with the storage was in good hands. Her customer service was fantastic and she was an all together nice person. My interaction was an emotional, cathartic contrast to my experience with the apartment complex Im moving out of. The leasing office here could use a training from Dominique on how to interact with tenants and paying clients. Thank you.
