12-04-2023New owners are horrible. Raising prices on units when you have a signed contract. Watch your rates and what they charge you. No one will ever be available by phone, and they provide very little help in person. The manager Trisha is rude and hangs up on customers Might I add, they're EXTREMELY DECEITFUL. I SIGNED A CONTRACT 09/29 (WHEN THEY FIRST TOOK OVER) WITH MY PRICE THAT I WAS PAYING FOR 2 YEARS. THEY CLAIMED THEY SENT ME A LETTER VIA MAIL ON 10/01/23 STATING THAT MY PRICE WOULD CHANGE. NO NEW CONTRACT SIGNED OR ANYTHING. I ALSO QUESTIONED WHY THEY SENT A LETTER WHEN EVERYTHING HAS BEEN COMMUNICATED VIA EMAIL (CONTRACT ALSO SAYS INCREASES OR CHANGES WOULD BE COMMUNICATED VIA EMAIL). YET THEY MAILED A LETTER OUT TWO DAYS AFTER I SIGNED A CONTRACT. THEY'RE EXCUSE...... ALL CONTRACTS ARE MONTH TO MONTH SO THEY CAN CHANGE WHAT THEY WHEN THEY WANT. THEY'RE SCAMMING CUSTOMERS

12-03-2023They just keep raising their prices on the units. The staff there isn't helpful much when I couldn't get my unit to open since someone replaced my locks??? They have no idea what happened even though it's one of the locks they sold.
