Let me start by saying that I hate moving, especially when you have to put stuff in storage. I have used storage units all throughout central Alabama (Hoover, Pelham, Mt. Brook, etc). The grounds are clean, but what this location has going for it, is a specific worker that goes above and beyond. Misty Sanks We were moving and my newly 18 year old rented a unit. He was worried about getting a unit and she took him under her wing and walked him through the process: He went in and on about her & Ive been telling client Business owners about her when they ask if I know any people who are quality & Might consider changing careers if the situation was right. I always bring her up she is awesome if shes good for you to please leave her review so they know how awesome she is too :-)

My family has a unit in Daphne and I want to say that there was an issue with something at the unit and she talked to my daughter like we were her family. She was so warm and personable despite all the problems she deals with on a daily. Thank you Mysty for being a wonderful human.
