I came into Eric store the other day and Danyelle was there and helped me out so much before surgery shout out to her she has good customer service, was very patient and helpful.
Eric was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He helped make my move in really easy.
I have had a storage unit at this location for years and never been late paying my fee. I've been trying to get in touch with someone at this location for 2 weeks. Left numerous messages but to date, no return phone calls. I called the 866 number on website and went thru the prompts and left messages to no avail. Finally today I get to chat with someone online and learn that there is no property manager on duty at this location. I think it is ridiculous that you force people who are not comfortable with chatting online to only be able to get a resolution this way. I tried to see if I could get the person I was chatting with to see if they could have someone call me. I was informed that my problem did not warrant to be escalated to the next person. This is the worse customer service from a business that takes $133 every month from my account, that I have ever encountered. Public Storage, your customers deserve better than this. Not everyone is technology savvy. Public Storage, I give you an "F" in service. If I could give you no stars, that's what I would have given.
Do NOT get a storage here if you need assistance for any reason. I have called and emailed for over a week now. I am teacher and need my things for my classroom and still cannot get into my storage. I lost the original lock and they placed one of their own on the storage (even though they said they can't do that). My storage is not behind I have only had it a couple of weeks. The number for contacting a property manager goes to voicemail and they have not responded. I had to talk to someone on a computer screen the other day and even she could not get ahold of anyone. This is ridiculous. I will be moving my stuff as soon as I can access my property. Upon leaving without my items that I needed tried the virtual live help, no one answered. Also clean that office because it smells like piss.Gas is HIGH to make blank trips because they cannot handle a simple task. I need to be compensated for my gas, time and my classroom being empty because a property manager fails to do their job.
The worst experience no one is able to help get access to unit yet they have zero problems with collecting payments.
