09-14-2023There's no longer a person working behind a counter during normal hours. You are expected to do their job on a screen in a small room where the office once was and when you call them they do not answer the phone. Terrible.

09-08-2023Moved our stuff out right after we were charged the next month. They locked us out of the unit without access even though we paid through the entire month, so they are essentially charging us for the month while charging a new customer to use the space. Also, the gate was always left open so anyone could enter and exit the property. Terrible customer service

08-21-2023We love being tenants at this location, the property manager Miku is an absolute delight. She is friendly, knowledgeable and goes out her way to provide us with any needed assistance. This review is long overdue, my fianc and I have had around 5 units (3 at the same time!) over the years and weve been provided with top notch service. Rent increases are apart of game and thats every storage place Ive ever been a tenant at. So maybe you can find a less expensive place offering a promotion but I am happy to pay more to be treated like person and not just a unit number. -Matt & Jas
