10-20-2025I trusted this storage unit to keep my personal belongings safe as i transition into my new home. I have found rat feces all over the unit as well as my items destroyed by rats who are clearly on the larger side. To hear im sorry i wish there was more i could do is the worst answer someone can receive. Please be careful and move your stuff elsewhere. I picked this location because of the reviews but as i sit here and write this a rat is moving around the back of my unit. And my lock was not secure. Then there is the unidentifiable feces shown in the photo I have included. And i spoke to the DM who made a comment along the lines of nothing can be done and there is a violation. What she doesnt know is I work in law and read contracts. The one line in the contract does not relate to the item I had that was stored correctly.
