02-29-2024Horrible! Horrible!! Horrible!!! This place in Doral is a Scam! 10821 NW 14th St, Miami, FL 33172 Go somewhere else!!!!!!! At the beginning the 1st month is free and an awesome monthly payment is the game. Then after they sucker you in and you are all moved in expect within 2-3 months they will raise the price on your unit anywhere approximately $40/60 at a time. Thats on a constant basis every few months. But wait theres more!! Surprise! There are never enough dollys. There are only 3 and one of them has the wheels broken. This Public Storage is a freaking rip off!!! The only nice thing to say is that Olga and Sara are very nice.

02-02-2024Its amazing to get to a storage after so many years of renting there and come back and see my managers Sara and Olga with the same energy and enthusiasm of seeing me again, felt like family. This is my go to storage no matter where I live in Miami Only came back for the awesome and professionalism of these ladies again thank you for an even smoother transaction.

02-02-2024Great place and very clean and manager Sara is very professional and knows her business, I came with a reservation and she ended changing it saving me more money and gave me a promo for the unit I picked cause again she knows her stuff. My husband was so happy with Sara friendliness and attitude even with all the customers we saw come in and interact with her, it really felt like family that he decided to buy all our boxes there with her and she recommended exactly what we needed before we even mentioned it, even though they were pricey but shes so nice that it just makes you want to just get everything with her.
