03-05-2024Let's start by saying that I hardly do reviews. I expect a great experience when paying for something; if it isn't great, try to move on and enjoy life. It's hard enough to be a single father in a state where you don't know anyone. Add moving or storing by yourself, and it sucks. First, I've never dealt with a more straightforward process and excellent pricing as I have here. This place is worth the price. What makes this place unique, though, is Natalie! In the deep recesses of a dark storage room came a bright light. I seriously thought it might be an angel or ghost . An angel was the correct answer. Natalie ensured I could get set up easily, offered to help, and told me she'd be around if I needed anything. The difference was that it wasn't that usual fake, "I have to do this" kind of thing. She didn't know that I was having a rough day and in those few moments, she completely turned it around. I'm not so annoyed with having to store things now !
