10-29-2023I signed up as it was newly opening. Paid movers to get my belongings into the unit. Signed up mid April 2023 and they raised the unit rent by 39% starting October 2023. Their rental agreement has no rent caps and they can continue to raise rates as long as they provide a 30 day notice. Don't use this company for long term storage. Find an alternative.
