03-01-2024Great experience! First time getting a storage space myself. I got the rental space online and Enrique helped me get the other half of the process done. He explained to me how things worked, how to use the app and open the gate for access, and how to get to my storage space. He also showed me how to use the lock I was provided. Overall, I had a great experience. The storage place is very clean and the customer service is great.
