03-27-2023This place has been a thorn in my side since the beginning. Besides the RIDICULOUS price hikes (now paying $300 for a unit they are selling for $160) there was a pipe burst they needed to fix behind the wall in our unit. We were told everything would carefully be moved out and back where it was found. That DID NOT happen. We went back to check on it that day and it looks like they literally threw everything back. Customer service was absolutely no help with this. Because of some medical issues, I cannot switch storage units but the day I am healed, I am out of there.
