03-23-2024Very lazy managers that like to hang in their own property living quarters than actually be in the office during open business hours. They don't answer their business line as unattended and prefer you leave a message they call you back when feel like it and call you daily to insist locking you into a time and comically tell you their computer is down and encourage you to do covid procedures filing out your no contact style contract info online all so they can avoid work. That is the people the owners have working here another customer just pulled up and waiting lol.

She has a great sense of humor, knows the property and is just great to do business with. I've been doing business with her for almost two years and she's been a great help for the 1 1/2 years public storage should be glad to have her.
