02-17-2024If you plan on staying longer term this is not for you. The staff was nice and I dont mean to throw any shade their way. The district manager however never returned my calls. In a little over 3 years they raised my rent 179.4%! It went from $47.92 to $133.99. When confronted with these egregious, ridiculous and abusive increases they simply didnt care. I was planning on being a long term customer here. Its clear to me that they dont care at all about their customers. Once they have you in they repeatedly club you over the head. Public storage will not get one more cent of my money ever again. This is a disgustingly selfish company that abuses its customers. They couldnt be more clear that they could care less about the people to which they rent space. Stay away.
