10-25-2023My storage unit had been attacked by rats. I had to throw out very expensive pillows and my California king mattress along with bags of clothes. The dead rat was actually found in the storage unit. No one here is helpful at all. No one here seems to be responsible for anything. Maybe other Public Storages are better but i actually have no idea how this location has 4 stars. Its disgusting. And when we first signed up with this storage unit they took the rent from our acct. claimed they didnt have it. We then showed them the deduction from our acct and was just told theres nothing they could do, asking us to pay it AGAIN. Then asked us to re sign up for auto pay after the incident. (Who would be crazy enough to do that???) Please do not rent from here, if you care about your items or expect good business practices.
