05-08-2026Hello, Ive been renting from Public Storage for the past two decades, both on and off. The customer service has always been excellent, and the facility itself is very nice and clean. Whats truly amazing is that they now use an app to open door locks with your cellphone. No more getting down of your car, running, and entering a passcode to open the gate. Its a fantastic convenience. Their hours are also great, and they never have any issues with them. The prices are reasonable and have never gone up. Unlike other places, they dont try to double charge you after three or six months. You can move to another location if you need to.
