I was shopping around for large storage units in Lompoc to store my moms items that were bringing back for her from Utah. I was most impressed by Extra Space Storage and how friendly Erika and Josh were. I love the location and how quiet it is down there. Big plus is that the facility is open till 10 PM. That gives us the time to go after work and rummage through her things so she can decide what she wants to keep and get rid of. It wasnt going to be for about another two months that we needed the unit and there were seven 10 x 20s available. I was nervous that by the time we needed the unit they would be gone. Josh said he would be more than happy to call me when they get down to the last two. I thought that was so amazing and thoughtful that he had our best interest at heart. Well, he called the other day and theres two left which well be needing in a couple weeks. Perfect timing!! I rented it, and its set in stone. I was able to do the rental agreement via email with Josh and he took me through the process over the phone - sooo easy and fast! Thank you sooooo much Josh for remembering to call me and getting us in that unit. Looking forward to seeing you both on move-in day ?? FIVE STAR SERVICE ???????? ?? and TWO ???? UP!

To start, a Very warm and inviting atmosphere when walking in. Josh was very friendly and helpful. His service was punctual and precise. I can see why this establishment has decided to have Josh as an upfront representative

nice and clean space, the process was easy and i didnt even have to come in to do app, just filled out online and josh gave me a call saying the space is ready.. he made the experience quick and easy for me which i enjoy. will definitely utilize the extra space storage for future use
