ShonTil was great and awesome very nice experience
The locked the doors to get into the storage unit took a Uber here now I have to sit outside in the cold a wait for 2 hours! This is absolutely ridiculous
Nala is a great property manager. Super helpful. This location was clean and very large. Would rent again.
Nala is amazing. She is very polite and customer oriented which made my experience so much better. I really wish more people were as kind as her. Good work Nala and thank you again for all of your help.
My experience with Public Storage has been nothing short of disappointing. Despite their claims of providing secure storage solutions, the reality is far from it. Our unit has been plagued by water damage, resulting in the unmistakable smell of mold and mildew. Our belongings, including valuable electronics like our TV, have been irreversibly damaged due to the negligence of Public Storage. Despite numerous attempts to address these issues, the lack of response from Public Storage has been alarming. They fail to acknowledge our messages, let alone take any steps to rectify the situation. Even reaching out to corporate yielded no results, as the property manager continues to ignore our concerns. The utter disregard for customer service and the repeated failure to address the problems we've encountered leaves me with no choice but to pursue legal action. It's unacceptable that a company entrusted with the safekeeping of people's belongings can be so negligent and unresponsive. In conclusion, I strongly advise against using Public Storage for your storage needs. The risk of damage to your belongings combined with their utter lack of customer service makes them a liability rather than a solution. Look elsewhere for storage options to avoid the frustration and potential loss that comes with dealing with Public Storage.
I moved in for a short amount of time and was pleasantly surprised . The process was smooth and the staff communicated well no matter the situation. I appreciate the help.
