TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Horrible experience with this place. Not sure if it's just this one or the entire company. You can never catch anyone there, and if they lock your door good luck getting access, I have been waiting 5 days for them to remove there lock

Absolutely terrible service. Made a reservation for a unit online. Paid my fees. On my move in day i showed up(around 2pm so mid-day) and my app couldnt give me access, it said to go into the office. In the office was just a kiosk on the wall, which did not register to touch so i could not use it. I left a voicemail for the property manager and left my info. Tried the next day to get access(about 730am) left another coicemail for the property manager, and ended up having a 30 minute call with the corporate number. They had to give me a new access code which did work to get into the gate but when i got to my unit it had a lock on it. All the corporate office could do was tell me to leave another voicemail for the property manager. At this point i was just over the situation and asked to be refunded. Was again told this had to go through the property manager, who is not returning any of my communications anyways. I was also directed that i could call the corporate number later when the escalation department was open and they could help me. So i called corporate again (about 1030am) and the woman was very rude and vasically told me she wouldnt send my call to anyone and that they would only give a partial refund and could not give any idea as to if or when that might happen.
