After having the storage for so long and always paying on time, when turning in the storage unit on the 1st of April, my friend still got charged $675.00 for using her code 1 time to clean the storage. On top of all that, we found mice droppings in the furniture. She was prorated when she got the storage and charged $675.00 for ten minutes... this sure is unfair to a senior citizen who lives off of SSI as her total income. Be careful of this place you might be paying a FULL month's rent for 10 minutes.

EDIT: Want to mention the new manager, Holly, was excellent to work with. Just needed to chg units due to increase in needed space and my online discount expired. Holly made this move even better than the last one. She's a true professional and very accommodating where possible, and easy to work with. A few requests I made, she couldn't fulfill due to company policy but even then was very explanatory so I understood completely. They've always been a tremendous help. Friendly, professional staff and clean facilities.
