02-06-2024I used the location at 4430 N Clark St. I used this location previously. They are extremely helpful and pleasant I recently downsized to another unit and Cathy was extremely helpful and friendly yet still professional. There was a slight mix up and Cathy called the following day, which she didn't have to do. She apologized about the mix up and told me how it was going to be resolved and told me Brittany would be the one to help with the transfer. Brittany was very friendly and helpful. She explained the transfer process and billing thoroughly. Brittany went one step further and really looked into my account and found something that needed to be address and she clearly explained the situation so I would not be alarmed if I didn't see the discount. Both Cathy and Brittany wen above and beyond to make sure my transfer was executed smoothly. Couldn't any happier and pleased with the service these two women provided.
