This place has been HORRIBLE. Set up a reservation online, get to the property to find that I could not complete the move in, so we went to the kiosk which was helpful enough to get us a gate code to get into the property but failed to tell me what the unit number was and we couldn't pull it up on my account for some,still, unknown reason. We go to the unit and cannot access it because the unit has not been set up for online rentals like advertised. So after walking the entire climate controlled section and being told to accept a credit, take someone else's space, or go to another property we were forced to go to a different location which was additional miles on the Uhaul and an additional charge for the overnight charge. This company ripped us off by advertising a special, hiding an admin fee, and then screwed up so bad that it messed up my entire moving plan. Someone will be hearing about this ASAP. #YOUSUCK

Weve had three units at Public Storage for a few years. We recently combined everything into on unit. However, that one 10 x 10 unit was costing $240.00 per month. Needless to say, weve removed our things from this storage company. When I called to discuss the increase, I didnt achieve anything. But, after informing them we have left, then I get offers of a discount. Not great customer, should have had that offer at the time of the phone call. Would not advise doing business with a company who increases the rent twice a year.
