03-27-2024Monthly payment has increased from 175 in march of last year to 300 this year. You cannot renew and change units to get their advertised rates unless you vacate the current unit and wait 7 days as an obstacle to prevent you from doing this. Almost doubling rent in a year is not keeping up with inflation they are just increasing it until you get annoyed enough so they can repeat this process with the next person. Only recommendation is using them as a short term storage unit but its obvious they dont care about retaining current customers. I also read through their responses to the negative reviews and LOL why even bother responding.

02-29-2024Worst Public Storage I've ever been too and I usually love this company...employees are rude and lazy and laughed at my complaints...went to management and I see why they are because management could care less of all...for instance there are usually courtesy restrooms at public storage facilities...after all you might be there awhile. Here they are closed at all times. Why? The employees told me the reason was bc they don't want people to shoot up drugs in there...the manager said the reason was bc men are disgusting in there peeing habits...and that there are no laws that say that they have to provide a bathroom for anyone...she suggested 'finding a bucket to pee in'...her disdain for customers was hard to miss and those customers who happen to be male worst of all. She said the same thing about why her facility didn't provide customers with courtesy carts like all the other Public storages do...one of the reasons I usually love Public storage...she said its because most of her customers were thieves...and ' there ain't nothing that says I gotta provide one for anyone' ....i happened by chance to have 4 carts that offered to give her since the entire time i was there everyone was complaining about the fact there are no carts and the way this place is laid out you will need one more than ever...she refused my free carts because 'it would just make more customers ask her for carts'... I know many people who are in this business and its way harder and more demanding than you would believe...so either they hate their job so much they could care less about running the place in the ground, preferably with all the customers still in it....or they are burned out and need to move on....the place has potential but i wouldnt spend my money here while the staff and management are so rude, disdainful, discourteous and wholly indifferent to what anyone thinks about it...on a positive note the premises was pretty clean and contrary to there opinion that the customers there were mostly thieves it seemed a decent neighborhood and the customers i spoke with, although frustrated there were no carts, seemed like very decent people to me.... Hope this helps someone...

02-26-2024Dont waste your time on this facility. The woman who works at the desk is unbelievably rude and lazy. Restrooms are locked and they dont seem to have any interest in helping customers. If youre the owner of this location, I would consider hiring someone else for your front desk/management.

01-22-2024Absolutely horrible customer service and deceptive business practice. Loyal customers are penalized as the company will increase rent the longer you stay, while offering new customers online rates. The unit next to me (exact same size, specifications, etc) was available and being offered for $65/month and first month free while I was being charged $260 for my unit. Local and corporate refused to work with me. Between this and the dead cockroaches in the units and hallways, it was time to go.
