02-23-2024Excellent customer service by Maria. I couldnt get into my storage because I forgot my password but Maria patiently walked me through resetting my password. She turned a dissatisfied customer into a happy customer. Maria deserves a raise!!!

02-19-2024I doubt these reviews of Maria are authentic reviews. I had a locker here for 2 years and I had the worst experience. Maria is petty, rude and overall harsses customers. She would stand by me when I was at my locker and generally bother me. She never let up. Strangely, my code never worked. And what did this require? Her coming out and bothering me again. She low key bothers everyone and there is not a single person that has a glowing opinion of this manager. Also, be aware of illegal rent increases. The contract requires a 30 day notice. I was not served with a couple rental increases and yet was charged. When I finally got to corporate they just pretended I was serviced with the rental increase, but I wasn't. One thing you can pay attention to is that the contact says that they must give you a notice for late fee increase, but hey won't service this notice of increase either. When you call corporate they just pretend they served you or that its automatically included in the rental increase. Maria is on a power trip and will make your like hell. I couldn't wait to get out of there.
